The Breathwork Power Hour is a full breath-work session containing three different breathwork patterns.
Dynamics:
Part 1: Transpersonal Breathwork + Grounding Meditation
In the first part of this Power Hour – we start off with some Transpersonal Breathwork [1-1-2 Pattern] for about five minutes. For another five minutes, we will enter into a meditative state, set our intention and invite our creative unconscious to guide us as it sees fit.
Part 2: 4 Rounds of Tummo Breathing with 2-Minute Breathholds
The second main section of the Power Hour Consists of 4 Rounds of Tummo Breathing ending with a 2-Minute Breath Hold. As ok the Telegram Group about how to do the “Emergency Breath” in order to extend breathholds.
Part 3: Balancing Breathwork [4-5 Pattern]
In the final part of this breathwork session, we’ll balance the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system, allow the creative unconscious to express itself, and deepen our meditation doing a final integration of the entire session.
