The “Tame Your Internal Fire” is a quick 30-minute breathwork session that involves 4 rounds of Tummo Breathing. Each Round extends the breath-cycles by 5 breaths and adds 30-seconds to the breathhold ending up with a 2:30 minute breath-hold on the final round.
We then enter into a 15-minute silent meditation to bring us back to a calm and collected state.
