The Grateful Breath
Full 1-Hour Transpersonal Breathwork Session
The Grateful Breath is a Transpersonal Breathwork Session that utilizes Binaural Beats that starts on Alpha Brainwaves, dives down into Theta territory and leaves you back in a relaxed Alpha State
Benefits of The Grateful Breath
- Increased Vitality
- Emotional Release
- Stress Relief
- Mental Decluttering
- Potential Transpersonal Experience
WHAT TO EXPECT?
This Breathwork Sequence utilizes transpersonal patterns, meaning you take two short inhalations and one slightly longer exhalation. We represent this as a 1-1-2 breathwork pattern for future references.
This type of breathing is associated with emotional release work, transpersonal experiences such as out of body experiences, increased energy and vitality.
Many pulmonauts report feeling energy tingling through their body. However, in some cases you may experience tetany or what many refer to as “Lobster claw”.
This is a condition that sometimes occur due to the lack of CO2 in the body, which causes the muscles to cramp up. Fortunately, by simply shifting your breath and inhaling through the nose for a few rounds – you can control this and reconnect to the breathwork pattern.
Finally, this track is also integrated with binaural beats which will guide your brainwaves from high alpha level frequencies, down to deep theta waves, associated with Lucid Dreaming and Deep Meditation.
At the end, of the session – there is a 15 minute meditation with peaceful music to bring you back.
Take your time, if you do complete the full hour – you may be dizzy when standing up.
“Change your Breath – Change your State”

HOW TO ENSURE YOU HAVE THE BEST EXPERIENCE!
- In order to successfully complete this breathwork hour – I recommend that you find a quiet room where you can work without being disturbed.
- Lay down flat on your back and try to block out as much light as possible.
- Be sure to breathe on an empty stomach. Wait at least 1-2 hours after eating a meal.
- Follow Your Breath – the Session is meant to act as a guide, but you decide how fast or slow you breathe. You are in control the entire process.
- In the case of “Tetany” or “Lobster Claw” – simply slow down your breathing and breathe through the nose. If the Tetany is not too unbearable – try to push yourself and breathe “through it”. You may be surprised at the result.
- This breathwork pattern feels intense and you may have some resistence – you may think you can’t do it – rest assured, once the body settles into the new mode, the breathing becomes easier.
- You may experience an out of body experience or a transpersonal experience. If this happens, just go with it – it’s normal. That is your unconscious mind processing thoughts, emotions, internal beliefs, etc. Trust in the power of your creative unconscious to have your best interest at heart.
- If you feel like crying, screaming, laughing, yelling – DO IT! All of these are modes of “releasing” pent up energy.
- Afterwards, take your time to get back on your feet – the experience is intense and you may need a minute to get your senses back in order.
