Why Learn Breathwork?

I believe that every living thing is a unique expression of consciousness. Humans have the distinct pleasure to be aware of this fact and as such, possess a precious & rare opportunity to explore the vastness of the infinite self.
“Breathwork” acts as a means for this inner exploration and allows us to access the raw power of the unconscious mind by occupying our conscious-mind with repetitive breathing patterns, rhythmic & ethereal soundscapes, and at times guided or silent meditations.

Prolonged repetitive breathing has a profound effect on our consciousness. Within only a few minutes, one can start experiencing a shift in awareness.
In as little as 10-15 minutes, some breathers begin to experience significant emotional releases which can manifest in different ways.
Some people may begin crying while processing buried grief or other painful experiences whereas others may experience a complete regression back to the wombs of their mothers or hysterical laughter. The experience is truly personal.
